Slammed it into park, flew out of the car and right right in the guys face blowing up all over him - he was clearly hispanic..pulled the "no english" shit with me and kind of shrugged...light turned green so I went and got back in the car and left.
that's stupid of you. look for damages and if there isn't any, get back in your car. if there are damages, don't let the person leave, and call the police requesting someone who can speak spanish.
