So let me try to understand something here, because someone chooses not to let you over (which they have no obligation to do so just because you have your blinker on) y'all get pissed? Sure it'd be courteous of them to slow down a little and let you over, but not everyone is a courteous driver.
Just playing devil's advocate here. Typically I'm a very courteous driver and will let people over, but if I see someone that's being a dick on the road you can be damned sure I'm not letting them over. Go ahead, make a quick move, my ass isn't flinching and it's gonna be you and your insurance that's paying for the damage to my car.
