hehe, i've been thinking of all the funny social situation that you could yell the "this is sparta!" line and kick something....ah the possibilities.
yeah it was def. bloody, there is one scene where you can see the dirt is dark and wet everywhere, but besides that i didnt notice blood on the ground or the lack there of
