Update!
I moved the bike over to the new place last night - under its own power
Rides quite nice! Started up on the first *kick* and I tore out of my neighborhood, throttle pinned open, shifting at 10,000 rpm and as I click through 3rd gear I'm thinking "this thing is screamin! yeah!" and then I looked at the speedo... 55mph. Dammit 
Has a few issues that I need to sort out. Has a very high idle, I suspect a air leak in the carb boots and one of the float valves is still leaking - it wil drip fuel out as I'm riding it. I'm going to replace the floats and valves with OEM honda parts. Other than that... runs great! Should be ready for weekend rides by the time the weather warms up.
