No, an Evo 3 intake manifold swap, your referring to the 1g intake manifold right? Everybody is now switching to 2g style heads, as they flow better, they may be smaller, but their port entry to the head and the way the angle of the air flows is better. All the drag racers are now switching to 2g style (BTW which is the same style as EVO heads)
