I'm talking about paying for ground service not overnite. And you obvioulsly have never ordered a container load of something because they come by boat and take about 4-6 weeks.

I wouldn't say VA beaches are that great. Have you seen Cape May and South Jersey beaches. They are definitely better than Va. Beach.
How are your taxes? schools? insurance costs? drivers on the turnpike are the worst I've ever encountered. My grandparents live in Northern Jersey so I've spent quite a bit of time there.
