Caliper grease works better than white lithium. White lithium grease starts to cake up once it overheats.

WL is more like a moisture repellant. It's best for low friction, low temp applications. I use the spray WL for hinges and latches.

How have you been fiddling with these brakes for months now and not noticed the seized slider? :roll:

word, dont use white lithium. there should be a tube of caliper grease probably close to wear you see white lithium. i'd use that. one of the slider pins was seized in my integra's brake caliper bracket after evan tore through a set of panther +'s in one day in my car. i just took the bracket to the muffler shop and had the dude smoke wrench the thing until it was set free. then i bored the hole with a drill to get out all the gunk and polished the slider pin and it didnt have any trouble after that
