Hey guys 8)
This girl I've been dating is coming over tonight and we'll be making dinner together, having a quiet night since we've both been pretty busy with work.
Any of you guys really good at cooking? I'm okay, but I'm usually too lazy to put anything together myself (I eat out probably 70% of the time). Here's what I'm workin' with:
1) I don't eat red meat or poultry, but I do still eat fish and seafood to keep my protein levels up
2) She cannot eat shellfish as she's extremely allergic
3) She doesn't eat much pasta
4) I'd like it to be quick to make because she'll be heading here after work and will probably be hun-gar-y
I was thinking something along the lines of a soy-glazed salmon mixed up in an oriental stir-fry. What do you guys think? I found a pretty generic salmon stir fry recipe on the net, but nothing with an oriental soy glaze.
Any recommendations? We don't necessarily have to do a stir fry, I just thought it would be quick, easy and tasty.
