Walk into a GM Parts department, the kind you usually find around the GM Dealer lots, ask for Synchromesh, give them ~$11/qt for it and you will have the 'real' thing. There are 1-2 alternatives you can use that are suppose to be just as good, but they cost just about the same and Advance/zone never has them in stock. I usually buy 10 at a time.
