NASA-VA does allow passengers for HPDE3 students, but you may need to get signed off for it.All HPDE3 students must have approval of the chief instructor to take passengers at each event. Prior approval at another event/track doesn't count at a new event/track. The Chief Instructor will let me know on an individual basis which Group 3 students are allowed to take passengers. Of course if it's a HPDE3 student I know, then I'll let them go anyway.
