I likes me a Durango w/ a 5.9L! But the 12mpg or whatever will get you in the ass every time. Rex has a 5.2L and the 18mpg is pretty good for the size of the V8 (trusty 318) and the size of the suv. Older ones are getting really cheap too. The newer you go (2000+) you get into the 4.7L V8, which is a retooled 318 in a smaller displacement.
