Eh no that could very well be true. It's just that pretty much every Viper owner or driver that I've talked to has said what I just said, even Jeremy Clarkson had a handful of a time getting the Viper around the track without sliding around. Maybe it's a problem with their suspension? I dunno, maybe one of the Dodge fanbois here knows.
I'd think with an even bigger, heavier engine in order to balance the car out you'd have to add even MORE weight to the rear, further hurting the impact that all that power is going to have on its acceleration.
