Making a GSM phone into CDMA is rather difficult. I have lots of friends at Motorola that are either EEs or ME in product development and they were explaining why it took so long for a CDMA razr to come out and why it first came out a little bulkier. I think the iPhone is going to stay GSM. Sorry Reed...

pfft until the phone has comparable storage to my ipod im not crying myself to sleep. this really just makes me more excited for the next gen ipod

I watched the expo presentatation online tonight, and it sounds like the iPhone basically IS the next generation iPod.


Although, I do hope they come out with an iPod only version of this for about half the price of the phone. That I would actually look into.
