Actually, I feel like I've got to say something else here. I bought a MacBook Pro a couple of months ago and it's been the best piece of computer hardware I've ever bought. The 2nd mac I've owned (1st was a 12" PB that I sold almost immediately because it was too small). I do *everything* I could possibly want on it... and it's sooooo easy! Sure, I paid $1800 for a 2.16 CoreDuo with a DVD burner and a 15" display that I could've paid $1200 for from Dell after coupons. Let me tell you though... when I just drag it with me to the living room and plug it in to the TV and don't have to touch the display control panel (and I get the sweet remote)... when I get on a plane and shut the computer down realizing I haven't done so in 4 weeks... when I watch a movie, play a game, and do work and still have 45 minutes of battery life on a plane ride... when I make a quick home video for a friend with the built in isight and imovie... I don't regret the extra %30 premium (if you can call it that) for the industry's best support, most reliable hardware, and coolest features.
