John made a really good point that's getting the wheels turning in a different direction. Housing costs aside, furnishing and making a new home comfortable is not cheap, especially since you can't really (for the most part) roll it over into the mortgage. There's a big difference between living in a home and living in a house with no furniture :lol:
Probably what I'll do when the STi goes is use some of the proceeds to make the IS a little more comfortable. I'm thinking another fun car, or a different car altogether should be put on hold though until the house can be blinged out and comfortable =)
