Yeah I think FIM issued an edict after that. It's really odd but I've found on more than one occassion that bike sanctioning bodies are a lot more lax about safety in certain areas than the tintop powers that be. Seems like a no-brainer to not let people try to catch drafts on the front straight like that, 125 cc or not.
