nah, 3 days is just too much IMO when you are instructing.
Im leaning towards the carguys shen event anyway, closer cheaper and more track time. Only drawback is its not vir.
well I was able to use my worker credits from a Car Guys event I flagged back in 2004 so I got 1/2 off the price for the weekend! See worker time DOES pay off!
I sent in my info today... damn I can't wait to try out this track.
Only downside, found out my front rotor is badly cracked tonight. ordered new ones and just need to get them in by friday.

Uh... weather dot com says high of 68 fri, and 70 saturday. I am going to take the friday off I think, AND float the fucking holiday as well. Something about working 50+ hours in a 4 day week.... fuck this job. (I'm not bitter)
I am still on the fence about what I'm doing - I may come out and instruct friday and saturday, I got an email from Aryan asking me to come (I feel so loved). I'm definately not going to be at the track sunday.

What a great weekend. Dry weather on Saturday to learn the line and wet on Sunday to unlearn everything. Having boobies there to hang out with was awesome. Thanks to Evan for instructing. I got to learn a bunch. See the rest of you bitches in February.

I got too motion sick to even finish the day on friday and had to solo one student and bail from the other for the last session of the day - really no point in coming back saturday, I still felt a bit off saturday morning when I woke up. Glad you guys had fun

Was it the student's driving or your weak-assness?

Both... both students had stock suspension (one was in a barge-boat new A4) and were a little choppy.

wow what an awesome weekend! this is exactly what I needed. I think driving this track renewed my passion for on track driving. I have been to Summit Main for the last several events and was becoming bored of the same track. Shenandoah was really awesome to learn and was rewarding when the turns were put together correctly.
I highly recomment a Car Guys event. Its pretty relaxed, lost of track time, and they opened the skid pad which REALLY helped me learn the car. I just spun the car and tried to counter steer each spin which really prepared me for today's wet weather. 1st time really driving in the wet was awesome and not as scary as I had thought. I was extra smooth on line and with throttle and steering inputs and only had the back end step out once.
Thanks to Andy for letting me crash at his place and like always it was fun hanging out with a couple of MM guys. Can't wait for the next event!
