Thats wierd... sounds to me like someone trying to play off a larger problem. But its good not to be mad, just get a car to drive (most likely a good ole' Stratus) and wait it out. They will fix it somehow, thats what is nice about a new car with protection, ur always gonna be covered, at least for 7 years

Yeah, that 7 year warranty is pretty beast. I just need to figure out how to make make my engine explode in year 7 so i get a new one :wink:

I got my car back this past weekend. According to dodge they found "loose vac lines to turbo," and a "bad tach." The loose vacuum lines makes sense, but a bad tach... seems wierd. oh well. I got my car back and DAAAIAMN this bitch is quick. I had gotten used to 7 psi, which is still pretty quick. At 14 psi this thing isn't just fast, it's STUPID FAST! which is just the way i like it .

A fellow srt-4 driver :thumbup: . I had the same low boost problem. I bought mine in early September and it started to run a little laggish around the winter season. Noticed some oil on the intercooler line and just for kicks sent it in to see what the warranty repair would be. I was informed that a turbo replacement may happen. But Chry$ler was like no just put some RTV around it untill we find a fix for it. So i went and got a "Blingish" catch can and fixed it myself. Round two--After complaining about low boost and some blue smoke it went in again for some valve seals and ended up gettin the head replaced as well due to a valve that had too much play. Just after that i installed the stage 1 upgrade. Now it runs like a scolded dog. Thank god for warranty!!! Mr. turbo omni told me you were having some problems but its good to see you got them fixed up.
