something about the sql server... they installed a monitor so it'll be easy to tell when it goes down again and should keep downtime to a minimum.

lol.... yeah, nexpoint is hosting our site for free cuz we're cool. Drew (bluhayz) works tech support for them now so he'll know more in depth about what goes on with the server. I'm just a lowly web designer geek.
