I check CL every day, evdawg. I'd seen that guy post his shit like every day or two for 2 weeks. "ooh, 91 prelude...oh, same shitbox."

I have no way to retrieve a 944 from Massachusetts, but that's a pretty good deal. Just not sure I'm up for Porsche Maintenance.

That 944 looks pretty decent... maybe he could get it closer to you during race season?

944s aren't really Porsches, so they aren't a bitch like to maintain like the others... or so I've heard... I've never actually done any!!

That is, unless you're trying to replace a rotor at VIR a nd you overtighten/strip the lugs. Ammirite Mikey or ammirite?

"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth

^Agreed. It's a cheap total package car that you can toss around with reckless abandon on the autox course. Even if you don't modify it that much you can actually still play with camber settings without lowering the cars which plays into autox tire wear. They're also a great learning tool as there's no horsepower to cover driver mistakes. And if you break crap or need parts there's lots of people with experiance on here that can help you out.
