Ladies and gentlemen... We're going to tour PTG.
What we dont have is a date, so were going to have a poll to see what everyone pefers. This will just give us the dates that we prefer, and we can hope that PTG can do this on the dates that are easy for us. Just a reminder, the tour will be open to MM members, so you'll have to actually pay your dues if you want to come. SO here are the dates...
March 20th or 21st - Weekend after spring break, I know Boobies cant make it and I'd like him to be able to go.
March 27th or 28th- good weekend, its the Mazda drivers JPDE at VIR north, but I dont know how many people here were planning to attend that.
April 10 or 11 - the tar hell SCCA HPDE is this weekend, but I dont know where it is (some one tell me) its not an event we ever have many people go to.
April 25th- its the weekend that we have the rain date for the car show (24th) so we would probably do it on the 25th

april 25 is my vote. I will be heading down to VIR that day for a mon,tues track event. Anyone who wants to chill at the track for a day or 2 (and doesnt have class...?) is more than welcome to crash in my hotel room.
OK, we have a little problem. PTG says they cannot do it on weekends and we would have to look into a week day. Do we have any holiday's this semester where we get off of school during the week. Other wise I'm tempted to try to do it the week after school ends even though its far away. I just feel its a little late to try to throw something together to do it during spring break. Anyone have any thoughts on what you prefer?

if we do it after school ends i unfortunately wont be able to attend. i have an internship in souf cakalaki that starts as soon as school ends. argh.

Fridays work for me, and I would assume are most doable for other members. People may just have to take off from class, this event will be worth it.

After car show is studying for finals, I'm sure a lot of people don't want to miss classes just before them.

Then have it before the show. You have to select one or the other. I'd say before the show because of people's committment to classes or during summer break, which may be difficult for many people to make. You guys might want to send another email to the list about this.
