Car transport needed - Feb 5-6

I've got a buddy that needs to get a car moved from one spot to another, about 5 miles one-way from one side of Herndon to another. Car is currently not running but I can get enough people to push if no winch is in place.
There is gas money and beer volunteered along with whatever else is needed to make this happen that weekend.

He cant just grab a tow-strap and do it the ghetto way? (ie strap it to your ridgeline's tow ball and pull?
Ive done that for a 5 mile trip. Not the safest way but hell it saves ya some money. If not, I can help, or you can even borrow my trailer.

No hitch on the ridgeline, or else I'd just be renting a uhaul trailer.

I could put a hitch on it, I just havent had the need for it - there's an OE hitch available and it'll pull 5000 lbs.
That said, we basically need someone to show up with a truck and trailer, move a car, and accept gas money and beer for your services. |
