CR-Z = slow. 9.7 seconds 0-100 km/h about 128 PS combined with the gas engine and IMA. Can't say I'm surprise but disappointed just the same. It would be one thing if the car was really light but judging from the 0-100 kmh time it probably isn't. One could always hold out hope for a Si version but I won't care if it's heavy in the first place. Oh well.

K24 was never going to happen. Nothing Civic sized or smaller has gotten the 2.4L and I doubt any of them will for the foreseeable future. Maybe a Si version will come but if it did it wouldn't get the 2.4L either.
Someone on TOV posted that it should weigh around 2650 based on the 0-100 time, which sounds about right. Not heavy, but not super light. If it had at least 160 hp maybe I'd consider it but 128-ish is just too low.

not by much (8.9 sec), but that's fast for a minivan
my truck does the 0-100km/h trip in about 6.7 for reference :bootyshake:
One thing I've been thinking about this car is that maybe it's following the formula of the original CRX. The regular CRX was a fuel efficient commuter car and it wasn't until the CRX Si that we got something relatively sporty. So maybe this is just meant to be the 'regular' model and a Si is forthcoming. That said, I'm not holding my breath.
