WTB: Cheap, crappy tires

Looking for some tires that hold air and have some tread (no cords showing) to put on wheels for the Z. The size is 15x7 and obviously the cheaper the better (free would be awesome).

Examples include:
185/55/15
185/60/15
205/50/15

Fuzion HRi 195/60/15 for $48 each on Tirerack is the best I can find on a new tire...

If you haven't already tried, might want to check charlottesville craigslist too. I found a bunch of tires for my daily driver there. I found searching tires using the format like "195 55 15" works best.
