I think my 84' Chevy k10 is a 80's vehical. I'll post a pic soon Hell the 80's Chev trucks where the best looking in my opinion
I think that design started in the late 70's though. I know of a really nice 78 Scottsdale for sale with a 454 I have kicked around picking up. Friend of a friend has it for sale, but gas prices have kind of discouraged me from buying anything for a little bit.

That body design started in 1973 and remained basically untouched until like 81' when it went through some cosmectic upgrades. Like going from the round headlights to square and the thinner lip on the hood and fender tops and grille change. Thats why I picked out the 80's models. I am also looking at a new project car as I am selling the dsm. I am looking at a 84' Monte carlo SS that I will be picking up for next to nothing and I am putting plans together for a 400 to 500 hp 383 small blk with a touch of laughing gas on top. Will document this build and start a thread on it in the projects thread.
I pretty much know about everything there is to know about 80's monte carlos, so let me know when you start or if you need help! =)
