Another year a bunch of friends of mine and I went into DC on 4/20 for "Freedom Day" or whatever it's called. Right on the main lawn in front of one of those govt buildings the DC police cordoned off a large area and people are allowed to freely smoke in public! It was pretty wild. They have a stage set up with bands, hippies spouting treehugger bullshit and other funny stuff. We saw lawyers and well dressed individuals stroll by to enjoy a smoke out in the sun in front of the police, then presumably walk back to work :lol:

I think I might have to call BS on this one. Unless you're talking about smoking cigars or something.

Just like Jewels said, I kid you not my friend. There is certainly cigar smoking going on there, but none of them have tobacco in them still
