1996 Corvette - Collector Edition Coupe - LT1/Auto

I'm posting this for Scott Powell - the general manager of Bob Wade Scoobaru in town. Looks like a nice car, I've sat in it once and it's clean. From the ad:

Up for sale is my 1996 Corvette Collector Edition. Chevrolet produced only 4100 of these cars and featured exclusive Sebring Silver paint with ZR1 wheels. This car has light gray leather interior and options include very rare Z51 Performance Handling Package with Bilstein shocks and Performance axle ratio. Other features include LT1 V8, automatic, power seats, factory Bose stereo CD and both hardtop and a BRAND NEW factory glass roof. It has aproximately 67000 miles (cluster was replaced at 31000 and odometer is showing less than 36000) Autocheck will confirm.

The BF Goodrich G-Force Sports are almost brand new (see pics) and the ZR1 wheels are perfect with no curb rash, pitting or fading. All weatherstripping is new and the interior seat leathers are brand new with new foam. This car is absolutely beautiful and all stock except for factory style flowmaster mufflers which sound dynamite. It is perfectly aligned and serviced with synthetics from front to back. Extremely tight and fun to drive..this car makes me happy everytime I get behind the wheel! Ultra clean inside and out and LiquidGlass protected. No wrecks or damage and no abuse. This Vette will make the new owner smile with every turn of the key and will surely appreciate in value in years to come.

Do you know if it's posted on ls1tech.com? Kinda hard to sell a lt1 powered vette in higher mileage C5 vette territory. The car looks very clean though...and IIRC 96 vettes may have come with the 4 bolt main lt4 block?

96 had an LT4 option to fill the void of the ZR1 (LT5) going away. LT4 has a better intake, heads, cam, and rockers that was rated at 330. It makes 350 easy, dyno proven a thousand times You just can't advertise that the new motor in the next gen makes 5 less HP. I believe the Gen II SBC (LT) blocks were all 4 bolt mains. LT4 available only with 6 spd.

As far as price, you may have a point, but I don't think the ragged out C5 shopper and nice C4 shopper are the same person. Maybe I need to check out the latest C5 offerings in this price, maybe some nicer ones are on the market, not that I'm interested, just curious where that market is now.
