Melandri will ride for Kawi for '09. In exchange for that, Dorna will release Kawi from obligation for the '10 and '11 seasons.
Hopper is out. It will be a one bike team.

Well my guess is WSBK. For him to get a GP ride now it'd be an mfn' longshot. Maybe Honda could shuffle some bikes around between Gresini, LCR, and Team Scot to cobble together two bikes for him. That's a major stretch though.
In WSBK it wouldn't be such a big deal to get him a bike since they're tarted up street bikes after all. With his Monster connection maybe they'll add him to the Yamaha team (Monster and Yamaha were reportedly talking earlier this year).

I can't really see anybody pushing major resources into him on another GP bike... he's not consistently impressive, and he's not a kid anymore.
