Looking for Roommate

I'm looking for a 3rd roommate for my appt in Madison Terrace. It's on walnut lane off of Grace st in between campus and memorial (so it's away from the port rd, devon lane, ashby crap). the rent is 250 a month, i'm most likely going to have a dog, possibly a cat. there will also be a fantastic cook in the house . Anyone interested?
