We need a 3rd roommate for our townhouse for next year
1101 Mt View (off Cantrell right beside Hardees)
3BR townhouse
Plenty of parking/wrenching space
**only 1/4 mile from campus** 10 minute walk to the quad/showker
Rent is $325 a person
We would like to have a fellow MMer live with us as we are both car guys. My roommate drives an Evo X and works full-time.
