No, just making a loud statement. Maryland is a shitty place to be a firearms enthusiast, and the last thing I want is one of you guys getting busted by the ATF.

maryland is pretty bad, that's for sure. if you are a maryland resident, then you would have to check with a gun shop or federal firearms license holder in your area to see if they can transfer it to you.

if so, they would have to fax or send me a copy of their license and i could ship it to them.

The shotgun is legal for hunting deer. It has a 22" improved cyl deer slayer slug barrel. I have the same barrel for my REM. 1100 semi auto. And you can get a 28 or 30" reg barrel which the choke of your chioce or even a removable choke. Replace the rear stock and it would be as if it came from the fact.
