"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth
not really a new commercial, but still cool nonetheless.
on a sorta related note, usa today did an article on club racing a couple of days ago:

yeah, formula Atlantic is a pretty big hole in Goodspeed's theory.
Except, oh yeah, toyota stopped sponsoring it in 2005.

i have no idea what their support is like but toyota's amateur racing program does exist:

I'm no authority on all forms of road racing (esp. open wheel stuff), but my point just was that Toyota doesn't have near the interest in amateur motorsports as Mazda. I don't pay much attention to televised motorsport, besides F1 now and then so if anyone knows more about Toyota and road racing I'd love to hear it. All I know of is their F1/JGTC involvement.
