emissions check?!

anybody know where i can get my emissions checked down here so i can get that nice sticker to go on my license plate for 2 years? also, are there ones that i can just walk into an not have to drop my car off for the 6 minute procedure?

Or just register the car in Harrisonburg so you don't have to do emissions at all....

option 1: what will i need to bring with to the dmv?

Register your car at your address in Rockingham County. There are no emissions requirements there. You just pay your taxes and you don't have to worry about emissions when you're reinspecting.
