"Apple has always been very keen on protecting its property"
Go fuck yourself Apple. They can kill my service or even disable the phone, but legal trouble? GTFO
Stinks of RIAA, me thinks.

"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth
Oh I completely agree Jayray. Im just saying the more jaded among us saw this coming.
This is also a company who sues their own 'fans' if they come across a leaked rumor.
DMCA is an outrageous assault on a person's rights. It was successfully used a few years ago to sue people who used printer ink refills that were not made by the printer manufacturer. (because the ink cartridge had a small chip on it)
RIAA was/is busting people for stealing copyrighted work. Which they should be doing in an effort to protect the producers of the work.
I think the RIAA finally gave up, didn't they?

RIAA does not prosecute music downloaders as of a couple months ago IIRC.
