Jason is moving out so we are looking to fill the room
Its a single family home in oakton sitting on 2 acres. Me, Matt and Kaaaaaaaan live there now. Lots of garage space for wrenching and storing motorcycles. 2 car attached garage that is used for motorcycles and a 3 car detached garage in the backyard for wrenching on cars (but not parking/storing them) plenty of parking room in the yard for any project cars, trailers, 3,194 miatas, etc.
The room is the master bedroom with your own bathroom and rent should be around $550 plus utilities. ONLY clean and respectful roomates please. We arent mr. clean by any stretch but we dont want to live in a nasty frat house.
