Big ears
Down-turned eyes
same face shape
chin line is very close
bushy brows

All you need to do is make the hair cuts and lines more similar. The noses actually I think are one of the biggest differences.

I'll raise a glass of Carbon Monoxide to that...the more pictures you find the less alike they look...but in those two pictures and in my mind's eye...they are almost brothers.
