MSN has something kinda similar... and they pull it off much more extensively at this point. I think Google is great and I use it all the time buy their feature hasn't really grown as much as Yahoo and MSN have in the past 6 months.

It's not as street level as Google but it accomplishes the same thing because you can look in 4 different directions. They also have far more coverage than Google has at this point.
