Andy seriously, dont say that. I am not going to get all riled up as apparently all you are, but I can say for certain that Ryan is not a pisspoor example.

This is why the alumni are being hated against, Ryan posts up a thing about, why cant we just all get along, and then you say he is bitching and moaning and making backhanded comments. Where? I just see he says he is sick of the drama, cant we all get along?

On that note I borrowed your zip ties and thanked you big time in the SCCA wrap up thread and offered to send me the remaining ties back if you still wanted them. I still have them and the offer still stands.

On that note I'm done. I'll stick to the campus events and events forum.

What does that mean? I asked the current leadership to respond multiple times and I get nothing. Goodspeed/Blair sack up and make a good argument for the current students which I agreed with and everything is good. Then thayer finally posts and makes a bitch comment.

You called me out about not saying, "Hi" and I responded by saying I have no idea who you are but I happily loaned out stuff for you guys to use as well as driving a hell of a long way to support you guys. In my mind, you should say hi to me. Stay longer and don't get all butt hurt. You call me out, so I call you out.

it happens once or twice a year. we dont talk enough... so we all get bitter and piss in each others pools... after enough shit talking we'll go back to the normal everyday bullshit that keeps MM strong.

I now have the largest headache I think I have ever had after going through the 4 pages of this thread. There is nothing in here that hasn't been said or bitched about 10x before.

i just read through 4 pages of bullshit to see a bunch of people make asses of themselves, and say a bunch of uneducated crap that they'll likely regret down the line.

relax, and reread your posts before you make them. we're not enemies here; a single civil discussion shouldn't be too much to ask.

I only have a few things to add. As for Andy jumping on me on having only gone to one auto-x? Simply because I'm not at the events YOU are at (which seems to just be track events because I haven't seen you at shop tours, our last car show, and only the most recent auto-x) I've been to 11 autocrosses and only missed one Verona one since I became President. Yes I can spot Chris and Laura in a lineup, it's not that hard. I've talked with them more than my fair share of times. Simply because I haven't been to every single track event doesn't mean I'm not doing my part. I don't have that much interest in tracking my car because I don't have the funds to do it, but that doesn't mean I don't love this club with everything I have. And if thats not good enough for you then too bad.

What I'm sick of is all this bitching and moaning about us not being a motorsports club anymore, blah blah blah. It's all I ever hear on this forum and is the primary reason I don't post on here all that much anymore. I still lead the club, organize the events, make sure people know they have rides to the track, but I have a car payment, insurance payment and bills to pay so most of my weekends I have to work at my job. Thats why I'm not at all the Summit events and track events. I still auto-x, do the car show, etc etc.

Again, alumni are never going to be happy with how the students handle the club and the students are never going to be happy with how the alumni look at the club. It's something I've learned to cope with and there's no need for all this. Again, can't we all just get along? It's a college club for God's sake.
