"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth

It's about 2500 bucks too much. But low miles, and if the seller has all the maintenance records it might be worth it...as long as you don't plan to flip it.

42K is insanely low. If he drops the price a little, seems like a good deal.

As long as the car has maintenance records and drops the price, it could be worth it. Since you dont have a place to really work on the car so make sure you have a thorough PPI done before you buy.

Drop the price about 1k and the answer is yes. I would be slightly concerned about rust though seeing as where the car is located.

DD reliable? I really don't think i can justify trading 10 years of life for no less money. I'm going to wait til I move to Cali for a car like this.

Would E46s suffice your needs as well? That is where discussions as of late have gone in reference to E36s.
