Grassroots Motorsports Challange

Hey ya'll, I was wondering around some forums and one of your alumni linked me here. I am a member of the Central Connecticut State University Car Club (C3 for short) and we are competing in the 2007 Grassroots Motorsports Challange.

The whole idea of this is to build a car on a 2007 dollar budget that can drag race, autocross, and be judged comeptively in a car show. I am trying to get more college teams to participate, as I have been in touch with the publisher of GRM magazine, and he said there may be a way to get corporate sponsors for college teams.

hey glad you found the site. we are in the works to hopefully get a car ready by the time the next competition gets around. we had to do some logistical regrouping this year that prevented an earlier entry.

keep an eye on us 8) and glad to hear you guys will be competing. best of luck and hopefully we'll see you there!
