The place next to Derecola's house is good for dirt biking and atving, don't know if it's legal or not, but I know of a few people that go there.

Definitely not legal as they just put up a barrier to try and block people from driving their trucks back there. Well, it may not be illegal other thant he trespassing part... but it doesn't say "No Trespassing" so whatever.
