As long as the car has mods, and is not stock. There is a big difference between having a clean stock car and doing tasteful mods to make a car better but still maintain that cleaniness.

I think it seems that the term "clean" is being used in two different ways. Feeresty problably thought that "clean" ment that the car looks tasteful and not over the top. White_2kgt, as well as myself, meant "clean" as in perfectly polished paint with lots of reflectivity, shine, and a wet look.
And when I, a dealer-type, think of clean, it's a vehicle that has never been wrecked!
