wow, that SUCKED! Those foam blocks worked pretty well..... for the first few guys....  hock:

those foam thingies did an amazing job. except for the car on car contact , the damage looked to be minimal.

Yeah that multi-car pileup was the Grand Am race at Watkins Glen back in 04 I believe.
The A1GP crash looks like he ran up over someone else's rear tire and got launched.
