It does look like an intrepid.
I've gotta say I'm surprised they're ready to go production already. I know Honda R&D has been working feverishly on fuel cells (among other things like ASIMO and airplanes) but I didn't think they were this close. Of course it won't be mass market but its a step in the right direction.
