Bikes + JMU parking
#1
First, how much is a pass for a bike? Is it less than a car? I couldn't find the rates on the JMU site without going into their "secure transaction site" (http://web.jmu.edu/parking/)

Also, do they usual ticket bikes as often as cars? Where do they even stick the ticket (ie, no wipers/windscreen)?

Last year I got a commuter pass for my bike, it was the same price as the car ($70-something), and then they let you get another one for your car for only $10.

And yeah, they ticket bikes, I got a couple. Haha, those bastards. They stick all of my tickets under the strap on the passenger part of the seat. I know a lot of bikes don't have it, so who knows where they stick it..... But I know where they can stick it!!!

If you have a car already registered then it's only $10 for a bike pass (which is a little silver rectangle sticker) but if you don't have a car registered then it's the full price...at least that's what they told me a few weeks ago.
