It was probably chopped in there.
The first generation shift knob is known as a horse cock in the dsm community....if you ever see one I'm sure you can figure out why. -T

Time to go back to reading school.
It says that it is a 1992 Laser RS turbo awd. That is the first year of the AWD turbo laser...and there is nothing wrong with it. -T
