FYI, that turn has VERY poor visibility. Andrew lives just east of that on lawyers. I imagine that there is a good possibility that she didn't see him at all. He could have been speeding, and that would have sealed the deal. AFA traveling at a high rate of speed, the speed limit is 45. That's high enough to be fatal in a head on crash.

I hope that they investigate thoroughly and press charges if ABSOLUTELY necessary, but I'm sure that living with the guilt of killing a young guy by accident is enough to ruin most 16 year old girls.
