late night at sheetz

I pull up for gas at like 11 at night last night, and and notice this guy pull up in the stall next to me.

So, I get to drool over a new black Viper SRT-10.

It looked a bit smaller in the cockpit than it's previous versions. but, it looked more agressive, and more like it belonged on track.

my cousin had bought a red srt-10 viper when they first came out. he took it to vir for a weekend and sent it back to dodge the following monday. he said it was too much of a race car and "scared" him. he said it was far superior to the gts he has. after getting rid of the srt-10 viper he bought the srt-10 ram and has been happy with that.

yea, it seriously reminded me of the Team Oreca Viper from Gran Turismo, cept black, no bling wing, and no decals

I have no cool stories about Vipers.

But that's quite cool none the less. I want one.

Yeah...Vipers are cool...I love when the hood is up how the engine is just poured in.

vipers with aftermarket exhausts sound like big hondas... and thats not a good thing

I do. The 4 competition Vipers that showed up for a practice day Friday before a NASA VIR event. I had gone down a day early and we went over to the track to check them out. Guy lost it going into turn one, and don't ask me how but he collected the gazebo where the corner worker stands. Thanfully the corner worker got out of there in time, but there was very little left of the gazebo and other than the cage very little left of the viper.

this reminds me about Otakon in August, it was like 11:30 in Baltimore at the BCC, and this red RT-10 puls up at like 11:30. Real nice.
