Lock down permissions in GRM forum

at least keep guest from posting in it.

Also at the meeting we talked about making it so only registered users can post/view it. Might want to do that as well. At least will keep googlebots and the like out.

I think that only paid members of the club should have access. That is something that is easy to keep track of and allows us to easily regulate how can see what is going on with our project.

It's now locked to registered users.

that's my thoughts as well. Or, make it that anybody that wants to have access should request it from an admin. That will allow you to keep a record of who has access. If we just make iit accessible to registerd users, it is still easy to breach.

It would be a HUUUUUGE pain in the ass to add every single paid user to an ACL for that forum... and change it every semester
