One bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment. Very quiet neighborhood, very nice apartment. Private attached bathroom. Cathedral ceiling in bedroom (And a ceiling fan!). AC/Heat, etc. Looking for a graduate student, professional, or a responsible roommate for May, June and July. Couples welcome. Male or Female - I'm a guy, but rarely home due to work and hobbies. I'm also fun, funny, pretty quiet, respectful, clean, yada yada. Roommate needs to be clean, no smoking, and no pets, sorry... Living room, kitchen, etc is fully furnished, however you would need to furnish the bedroom. Also, there's lots of parking and our neighborhood doesn't tow. The Apartment was built two years ago, so it is nice and new. It is less than one mile from campus, out Reservoir St. Rent is $390 per month + splitting utilities.
